These terms explain how orders, payments, delivery and order support work on the Green District website.

Order confirmation
Placing an order on the website sends us a request. We’ll confirm availability, the final total and delivery details on WhatsApp before preparation. Your order is confirmed only after you hear from us.
Provide a phone number where we can reach you and keep your order reference for any questions or changes.
Prices and payment
Menu prices are displayed in LBP. Your subtotal also shows a dollar equivalent using 89,500 LBP for $1. Pay cash on delivery in LBP or USD. The website does not collect online card payments.
You can remove ingredients from a preset bowl at the same price. Make-your-own bowls include one base (or two half portions), one protein, up to five toppings, one crunch and one dressing, at the displayed protein price. Where offered, you can add extra protein in 50 g increments at the displayed extra charge. Our team confirms your final total before preparing your order.
Delivery
We deliver in Beirut and surrounding areas.
We’re open every day, 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Beirut time. For delivery questions, contact us.
Changes, cancellations and problems
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with your order reference. We’ll confirm what changes are possible.
For a missing, incorrect or damaged item, send us your order reference and details on WhatsApp. We’ll review the issue with you and agree on the next steps.
Nutrition and allergens
“Nutrition & allergens” lists estimated nutrition and allergen information. The bowl builder estimates nutrition for selected portions, including dressing. Missing values are marked as pending. Actual values vary with preparation.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contact is possible. Removing ingredients does not make a bowl allergen-free. Contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy.
Accounts and privacy
An account is optional. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate contact information. How ordering and account details are handled is explained in our website privacy notice.
